Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be physically returned. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products unless otherwise stated below.
Digital Products
All products sold by UsaCanvasArt are digital files only. No physical item will be shipped.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing, including file details, sizing information, and what is included in your order.
Refund Eligibility
We do not offer refunds for:
• change of mind
• accidental purchases
• orders placed without reading the product description
• misunderstanding that the product is a digital download
• issues related to printing choices, paper type, frame selection, or printer settings
• minor color differences caused by monitor, printer, or paper variations
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:
• you were charged more than once for the same order
• the files are corrupted or cannot be opened
• you did not receive your download and we are unable to resend or restore access
• there is a proven technical issue with the delivered files that we cannot resolve
Whenever possible, we will first try to solve the issue by resending the files or providing corrected replacement files.

Printing Disclaimer
All of our files are supplied in high resolution, including 300 DPI artwork. Final printed results may still vary depending on the printer, paper, ink, monitor calibration, and framing choices used.
